Garage Sale Update

Hello All,

Ever bought anything at a garage sale that was slightly damaged and thought to yourself “I can fix it up”, and somehow that garage sale item has been sitting in your room collecting dust. Well that is what happened to me, but I got off my lazy creative butt and got to work.

I had gotten 4 coasters that had very old and faded wine prints for 25 cents. One of the 4 were chip beyond repair and had to be tossed, however the other 3 were able to saved and are currently in use.  After sanding each one getting all the years of grim and faded texture I primed it with some Waterbase Sealer Spray, then added 3 coats of Mod Podge Gloss-Luster.

Finished and the end result was nice.
